Perfect for business travelers needing walkable access to the greater D.C. metro area, as well as couples and small groups looking for a Hallmark-worthy experience.
Good to know
This apartment is best suited for two guests and is located in a nearly 200-year-old historic Old Town building. Like many properties of this era, it includes authentic architectural quirks such as slightly uneven floors and settled doors that reflect its character and history. A sofa bed is available for additional flexibility, though it is best suited for guests needing last-minute accommodations. The main bed however, is to die for.
Other Details to Note
Free time-limited street parking and paid street parking are available nearby. If you plan to keep a vehicle during your stay, we strongly recommend purchasing a Guest Parking Permit from the host (details provided after booking). Street sweeping takes place weekly on Tuesdays, and parking is not permitted along N. Patrick Street on those days.

Guest Access
A small supply closet is reserved for host use and is not accessible to guests. For safety reasons, one additional doorway remains locked and is not available for use. The property also includes long-term residents in other units, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly during early mornings and late evenings.
